These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Arvanta software, applications, services, and related websites (collectively, the "Service") provided by Arvanta Solutions LLC ("Arvanta," "we," "us," or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. Overview of Service Arvanta is an artificial intelligence software platform that allows users to run AI models and utilize AI-powered tools on their own devices, with optional connectivity to Arvanta-operated systems for licensing, authentication, updates, and additional functionality. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arvanta Solutions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months. 17.
